The Corbec Group is pleased to announce our recent acquisition of the AZZ G3 galvanizing facilities in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. The facility will now operate under the name Corbec Atlantic. Our new acquisition will allow us to better serve the Atlantic provinces and will further strengthen our mission to become a true national galvanizer.
We anticipate a smooth transition and will provide further details about upcoming changes which we will implement to enhance our service in a separate letter.
We will directly contact any existing customers to review the impact this acquisition may have on their ordering and fulfilment process. At Corbec Atlantic, we are committed to expanding our capacity while also improving the quality and reliability of our services.

Headquartered in Montreal Canada, Corbec Group has three galvanizing plants in Quebec: Quebec City, Montreal and Princeville and employs over 350 people.
